According to data from Coin ATM Radar, on average four Bitcoin ATMs are installed worldwide every day. The most such devices are installed in the USA (56%; 2348 devices). In Europe there are 970 crypto ATMs (23% of the global figure).
Bitcoin ATMs were installed most actively in the spring of 2018. Thus, while at the beginning of 2016 a little more than 500 cryptocurrency ATMs were installed worldwide, by the beginning of 2018 their number exceeded 2000, and as of January 1, 2019, 4128 crypto ATMs have already been installed worldwide. That is, the number of Bitcoin ATMs installed worldwide has grown 8 times over three years.
